Our Memory Care Community
Community Overview
We are a small memory care community in Molalla, Oregon designed to care exclusively for those experiencing Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
Our community consists of up to a maximum of 68 residents. We provide individualized care plans which means each person will receive attentive and detailed care specific to their needs.
Our Bear Creek family has a full time nurse as well as a care team able to assist with activities of daily living 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
