Payments
We accept both Medicaid and private pay. To qualify for memory care in Oregon, a dementia diagnosis is required. If you're unsure whether you or your loved one qualifies, the process is often straightforward—your primary care provider (PCP) can evaluate and, if appropriate, add the diagnosis needed for eligibility. This helps ensure access to the care and support you need.
